History: The Citranity! recipe came from one of our old Brewers (hi Nathaniel!) back at our original pub. Inspired by the Citra hop, a very aromatic, citrusy, and bright hop–we all agreed it was an explosion of a beer experience, hence the name Citra-Insanity = Citranity!

It originally straddled the line between American Pale Ale and Session IPA categories. We tweaked it through the years so that it stands strongly and firmly in the Session IPA category, giving consumers an aromatic, bright, and balanced IPA they can drink at higher volumes without compromising their palate or their safe drinking practices.
