Whether you’re dropping in for a pint or coming to stay awhile, we are here to guide you through worlds of flavor. We have handcrafted beer, cider, cocktails, and food to delight your senses. Find a spot in our Taproom, outdoor patio, or Root Cellar — no reservation needed and absolutely no rush. Order everything at one of our bars and enjoy your Beards Experience!

Do we only serve beer?
Nope! We also have cider, cocktails (gin, vodka, whiskey), soda, water, and more. For the latest and greatest, check out our MENU PAGE.
Do we have Bud Light on tap?
Nope. We make everything right here! It’s our beer, our recipes, our fermenters, our brewers. That’s what makes Beards special — every beer is crafted in-house at our downtown Petoskey brewery.
Do we have liquor?

Do we offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We have soda products and good ol’ tap water available. We are also happy to whip you up a mocktail!
Do you have a happy hour?
It depends on the time of year! Follow us on social media for Happy Hour announcements.

Do we serve food?
Yes! Just like our beer team, our kitchen team makes almost everything from scratch. We have a set menu as well as Chef de Cuisine specials (follow us on social media for special announcements).
Do we offer table service?
Nope! Order everything as you go from one of our bar spots. We’ll notify you by text when your order is ready so you can come snag it and enjoy at your leisure. And never fear, the Beards Team is available to answer any and all questions!
Do we have a kids menu?
Nope. They’re welcome to enjoy our regular menu!
Are there gluten-free, vegetarian, and/or vegan options?
Yes, we have items marked on the menu for dietary preferences.
Can I make a reservation?
Nope! Don’t call. Don’t email. Don’t come in person and try to make one — we are a seat yourself, find a spot, casual, fun, adventurous space.

Do we allow anyone under 21?
Yes! That being said, we are not child-proof. There are sharp edges, electrical sockets, and alcohol. Adults are super-responsible for their young humans.
Are we dog friendly?
Yes! Only on our outside patio spaces though — according to the health department, no animals are allowed inside our establishment (sadly). Certified Service animals are most welcome! Treats will be given to all good doggos.
Are we wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our main entrance and patio entrance (off of Lake St.) are wheelchair friendly. Our bathrooms are also accessible.
Where exactly can I walk & drink with my beer in Petoskey’s Social District?
Check out the map on the Downtown Petoskey website. Please respect our neighbors! If a shop says no food/drinks, please adhere to their wishes. Also, it is illegal to take alcohol from one bar to another, so finish your drink before your next stop!
🎵 Entertainment & Events
Do we have music and other entertainment activities?
Yes! Our Root Cellar hosts local music on a weekly basis. Sometimes we feature music on our patio. Sportsball and other television requests are welcome in the RC as well, but at the bartender’s discretion. Besides that, we have a lot of bar games, board games, and even some N64 setups available for use!
Can I rent your space for an event?
Not at this time. Currently, if you’re reaching out on behalf of a community/nonprofit org, please email us at hello@beardsbrewery.com.
