The Root Cellar is a throw back to our original pub. A casual spot to grab a beer with friends or chat up our beer tenders. Come watch us brew and enjoy a pint or two. Beards was established in 2012. We began with a small team down a hidden hallway in a small space with a small beer system. But our inspiration was big! And since then our Team, our recipes, and our Beards experience has grown.
But we will always be rooted in beer. Which is why, coming out of a global pandemic, we built this basement taproom as an ode to our origins and our community. This community beer lounge is for our consumers to shape and to interact with.
Embrace our roots in beer. Enjoy a beverage. Have a quality conversation. Spin some vinyl. Play some board games. Read a book. Gather. Relax.
